Legal Defense

Our lodge belongs to the Colorado and National FOP.  Both state and national lodges offer legal defense plans.  Both plans were designed with the assistance of Lodge 3 members.  Our lodge belongs to the Colorado Legal Defense Plan, and the costs are part of our dues.  The first link will take you to the state lodge for the Legal Defense Fund where you can see the whole plan, how it operates, and how you can use it.  The additional links is the same information as the state site, but broken down.
